Your voucher will be electronically send through via email, and can be redeemed on our website for any product of the recipients' choice, delivered whenever they fancy.

Important: Please wait until the 'Customise' button appears below the amount before you proceed.
- Click 'Customise' to edit your Gift Card eg. To, From, Card Message
- Scroll down to 'Save'
- You can click on 'Preview' to view what you have entered
- Click 'Add to Cart'
- Note: You will need to input your shipping address, but don't worry, the voucher won't be sent out to you (it will be emailed to you, and you can send it on to the recipient)
Please note:
- You can only enter one Gift Card at a time. If you would like to add more, once you've added each one to your Cart press, 'Continue Shopping' and repeat the process.
- The Gift Card/s will be emailed to your customer email. Then you can 'Schedule it' to send the Gift Card via email to your recipient on your chosen day.
- If you'd prefer a physical copy, you can print your Gift Card, by selecting ‘Preview’, open, scroll down, and click 'Print gift card' on the right-hand side.
- For the Recipient to redeem their Gift Card, they can select a Care Package of their choice from our website for delivery on a date of their choosing, Add to Cart, then add the 16-digit Gift Card code from the electronic card in the 'Gift card or discount code' box in the Cart, and click 'Apply'. Lovely!
Delivery across New Zealand
- We deliver nationwide, including rural addresses, Monday to Saturday.
- Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery date.
- Same-day delivery, rural addresses, and Saturday delivery can incur additional costs.
- Free Wellington pickup is available if you'd prefer to collect your gift and deliver it personally.
Choosing your delivery date
- Same-day delivery is available in some regions, but our priority next-day delivery service may offer a more economical option if your gift isn't urgent.
- Free pickup is available in Wellington, and can be same day or booked ahead.
- We offer a bespoke customer support, but once your gift is with the courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Be assured we do everything in our power to ensure your gift arrives on the day.
- For date-specific occasions (like birthdays), we suggest you order a day earlier to be safe.
Order cut off times
- For next day delivery please place your order before noon the day before.
- Same-day delivery availability and cut off times vary by region and will show based on your postcode in the date picker.
Rural Delivery
- Rural delivery may take an extra day and costs an additional $15.
- If helpful you can nominate an urban pickup point for rural deliveries, which allows them to arrive overnight - NZ Post offers many locations, please call us at 0800 826 435, and we can help arrange this.
- Our care packages going to rural addresses are carefully packed with additional insulation and ice, so they stay chilled for 2-3 days and arrive safely.
Time for delivery
- We're unable to specify an exact delivery time, as courier schedules vary by area each day.
Public Holidays
- Courier services do not operate on public holidays, so orders cannot be dispatched or delivered on those days.
