Delivery Information:

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Rural, Saturday and Monday delivery costs extra. Order by 12noon in order for next day delivery.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as your gift is in the hands of NZ Post once it leaves us. If your order is for a specific event or date, please order ahead to be safe.
  • Rural delivery takes an extra day, and our gifts stay chilled for 2-3 days so the food will arrive safely. We can't deliver to rural addresses on Saturdays.

*Please note - Meals and desserts in this hamper are individual portion size (approx. 500g) - Each meal serves 1-2 depending on appetite. Some meals may have been previously frozen and cannot be re-frozen as noted on the meal (we will aim to include a mix of fresh and frozen in your Care Package).

The priority overnight delivery cost for this gift is $35 (+$15 for Rural or Saturday delivery). The exact delivery fee to your exact address will be shown on the Checkout page.

We deliver gifts nationwide across New Zealand to all addresses, including rural gift delivery. We deliver from Monday-Saturday (no Sunday deliveries). Monday, Saturday, Rural and Same-Day delivery costs extra.

Important note: Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If your order is for a specific date or event (like a birthday), please order a day ahead to be safe.

  • What Time Do I Need to Order By? - If you need next day delivery, please make sure your order is placed before 12noon the day before. Cut-off times for same-day delivery vary depending on the region - it will be clear what date is available for your postcode when you enter this on the above calendar date picker.
  • Rural Delivery - Rural delivery usually takes 2 days to arrive, and costs an extra $15. Our fresh meal care packages and flowers are packaged well, with plenty of ice and insulation where needed, in order to stay chilled for 2-3 days, so your gift will arrive safely. If you'd prefer, you can nominate an urban pick-up point for gifts bound for rural addresses. NZ Post has many pick-up points, so please call us on 0800 826 435 to discuss - we can make it as convenient as possible for the recipients.
  • Time of Delivery - We cannot specify the time of delivery on a given day sorry, as individual courier schedules in each suburb change from one day to another and this is out of our control.
  • Public Holidays - Gifts cannot be dispatched or delivered on public holidays, as couriers do not operate on these days.

My nearest sibling lives in the North Island. Circumstances mean that we can't visit often. To celebrate a birthday, I ordered a care package to be delivered but struck a problem when the discount offered couldn't be used. Even though it was a holiday weekend, everyone I had contact with was patient and eventually the order went through! The parcel was received with much delight and I hope that it will prove to be useful and lessen the daily chores.
