Your fresh bouquet is carefully packaged into a custom gift box and delivered on a premium overnight courier across New Zealand.
The priority overnight delivery cost for this gift is $17.95 (+$15 for Rural or Saturday delivery). If you order Flower Mail along with a Care Package, this may be delivered in two separate boxes, but should arrive together on the same courier.

We deliver gifts nationwide across New Zealand to all addresses, including rural gift delivery. We deliver from Monday-Saturday (no Sunday deliveries). Monday, Saturday, Rural and Same-Day delivery costs extra.
Important note: Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If your order is for a specific date or event (like a birthday), please order a day ahead to be safe.
- What Time Do I Need to Order By? - If you need next day delivery, please make sure your order is placed before 12noon the day before. Cut-off times for same-day delivery vary depending on the region - it will be clear what date is available for your postcode when you enter this on the above calendar date picker.
- Rural Delivery - Rural delivery usually takes 2 days to arrive, and costs an extra $15. Our fresh meal care packages and flowers are packaged well, with plenty of ice and insulation where needed, in order to stay chilled for 2-3 days, so your gift will arrive safely. If you'd prefer, you can nominate an urban pick-up point for gifts bound for rural addresses. NZ Post has many pick-up points, so please call us on 0800 826 435 to discuss - we can make it as convenient as possible for the recipients.
- Time of Delivery - We cannot specify the time of delivery on a given day sorry, as individual courier schedules in each suburb change from one day to another and this is out of our control.
- Public Holidays - Gifts cannot be dispatched or delivered on public holidays, as couriers do not operate on these days.

Your flower gift will be beautifully packaged and can be delivered to any address in NZ, including rural delivery, arriving fresh, vibrant, and ready to brighten someone’s day.
We can deliver the same day in Wellington, Auckland and Christchurch, or next day to all non-rural areas of New Zealand, if your order is placed before 12 noon. If you need your gift delivered on a certain date (for example, for a birthday), please order at least a day ahead to be safe.
Absolutely. You can add a handwritten message on a gorgeous gift card, and choose optional Add-Ons like the Afternoon Tea Sampler to make your gift extra special. We’re here to help you create a thoughtful and meaningful surprise. If you have something special in mind, reach out to our Angels, we’re happy to help create a custom gift.
Our florists hand-select each stem in your flower bouquet to ensure the freshest, most vibrant blooms. Each bouquet is arranged and packaged with care, so it arrives looking gorgeous. Colours and selection may vary slightly as our florists craft each gift uniquely to suit your recipient and use fresh market flowers.
Yes, of course! You can combine gifts to create a complete experience of love and care. Both items may sometimes arrive in separate boxes, but they will be delivered together via the same courier, making it simple to send a truly thoughtful surprise.
