Delivery information

Delivery Information:

  • Deliveries are made Tuesday to Saturday (no Sunday or Monday arrivals sorry). Saturday delivery costs an extra $10.
  • Orders need to be placed by 12noon in order to aim for next day delivery.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates or next day delivery sorry, as your gift is in the careful hands of NZ Post once it leaves us. If your order is for a specific event or date, please order ahead to be safe.
  • Rural Deliveries - Wednesday at 12noon is the last day in the week to place an order for Rural delivery. Rural delivery costs an extra $10. For Rural deliveries please allow 2 working days for delivery - our hampers are packed to stay chilled for 2-3 days so the food will arrive safely. We are unable to deliver to rural addresses on a Saturday sorry. To find out if your address is Rural or 'no Saturday delivery' - Click here.

Your fresh bouquet will be carefully packaged into a stunning custom giftbox and delivered on a premium overnight courier to the door.

The nationwide overnight delivery cost is just $14.95 (+$10 for rural or Saturday delivery). If you order Flower Mail along with a Care Package or Gift Box, this may be delivered in two boxes, but we will aim for them arrive together on the same courier.

The perfect Gift.

Appreciated the prompt response to my request for the Anniversary flowers to be sent next day to Petone. It was my daughters and son in-laws third wedding anniversary.They so loved the parcel left safely on the doorstep arriving home from work on the day. Relief for me as the weather was windy and wet at times.had no need to have worried, Thank you so much. Heather Ross.

Amazingly special delivery

We sent 2 lots of care packages to friends that had gone through some heart wrenching times. The order process was easy and the communication and updates were amazing along the way. The care packages were well received and our friends said the food was awesome

To be honest, I was a little concerned that the flowers were picked up the day before they were to be delivered, as thought they might not be looked after. But my daughter sent a photo and they looked lovely even though she didn't get home until 9.30pm on the day the flowers were actually delivered! Thank goodness!
