Individual 'Sending Our Love' Care Package

Delivery across New Zealand
- We deliver nationwide, including rural addresses, Monday to Saturday.
- Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery date.
- Same-day delivery, rural addresses, and Saturday delivery can incur additional costs.
- Free Wellington pickup is available if you'd prefer to collect your gift and deliver it personally.
Choosing your delivery date
- Same-day delivery is available in some regions, but our priority next-day delivery service may offer a more economical option if your gift isn't urgent.
- Free pickup is available in Wellington, and can be same day or booked ahead.
- We offer a bespoke customer support, but once your gift is with the courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Be assured we do everything in our power to ensure your gift arrives on the day.
- For date-specific occasions (like birthdays), we suggest you order a day earlier to be safe.
Order cut off times
- For next day delivery please place your order before noon the day before.
- Same-day delivery availability and cut off times vary by region and will show based on your postcode in the date picker.
Rural Delivery
- Rural delivery may take an extra day and costs an additional $15.
- If helpful you can nominate an urban pickup point for rural deliveries, which allows them to arrive overnight - NZ Post offers many locations, please call us at 0800 826 435, and we can help arrange this.
- Our care packages going to rural addresses are carefully packed with additional insulation and ice, so they stay chilled for 2-3 days and arrive safely.

- We're unable to specify an exact delivery time, as courier schedules vary by area each day.
Public Holidays
- Courier services do not operate on public holidays, so orders cannot be dispatched or delivered on those days.

All meals are freshly prepared by our chefs using quality local ingredients and delivered chilled. They are ready to heat and enjoy, with storage and reheating instructions included. Meals can be refrigerated upon arrival and enjoyed over the following days, making this a practical gift during busy or difficult times. Occasionally, some meals in the care package cannot be frozen at home - this will be indicated on the meal, so your loved ones know to enjoy that meal fresh.
Of course, you can choose your preferred family meals and baking options, and add a personalised handwritten message. You can also customise your care package with additional Add-Ons to make your gift even more meaningful.
